McMaster University and Offord Centre for Children Studies released a survey to gather information on the health and well-being of caregivers and children with a focus on your experiences since the COVID-19 pandemic started. Please take a few minutes to fill out this survey.

mindSPACE offers free in-person mental health services without an appointment for children and youth under 17. mindSPACE clinicians are available Tuesday and Thursday 11am-6:30pm (last session offered at 6:30pm)
If you’re aged 17 and under, a free virtual/phone single-session counseling service is available through OneStopTalk by calling 1.855.416.8255. OneStopTalk therapists are available Monday-Friday 12pm-8pm and Saturday 12pm-4pm
