This year, due to COVID-19, families will not have the opportunity to celebrate in the traditional ways by gathering together. We want to remind everyone to stay connected with your loved ones by phone or video chat in order to keep these traditions going.

If you or someone you know is in crisis or feeling overwhelmed, please contact Crisis Intervention Services at Health Sciences North at 1.877.841.1101. This service is free and available 24/7 with virtual, mobile crisis and in-person options.
mindSPACE offers free in-person mental health services without an appointment for children and youth under 17. mindSPACE clinicians are available Tuesday and Thursday 11am-6:30pm (last session offered at 6:30pm)
If you’re aged 17 and under, a free virtual/phone single-session counseling service is available through OneStopTalk by calling 1.855.416.8255. OneStopTalk therapists are available Monday-Friday 12pm-8pm and Saturday 12pm-4pm
