Due to the ongoing COVID-19 virus situation, Compass is being proactive by cancelling all group programs (SNAP, FRIENDS, Triple-P) effective immediately, until further notice to assist with slowing down the transmission of the virus.
In addition, Compass will no longer be allowing face to face meetings with clients and walk-ins. Clients looking for mindSPACE services will be told to call the toll free number 1-800-815-7126 in order to speak to a clinician.

If you or someone you know is in crisis or feeling overwhelmed, please contact Crisis Intervention Services at Health Sciences North at 1.877.841.1101. This service is free and available 24/7 with virtual, mobile crisis and in-person options.
mindSPACE offers free in-person mental health services without an appointment for children and youth under 17. mindSPACE clinicians are available Tuesday and Thursday 11am-6:30pm (last session offered at 6:30pm)
If you’re aged 17 and under, a free virtual/phone single-session counseling service is available through OneStopTalk by calling 1.855.416.8255. OneStopTalk therapists are available Monday-Friday 12pm-8pm and Saturday 12pm-4pm
